Commissions are for personal use only. This includes using it in your social media layouts, gifting the artwork to a friend, printing out for yourself, and any other context where you do not profit from the commissioned artwork.However, commissioned artwork may not be used or reproduced commercially or for profit. This includes selling the artwork on merchandise, using it in a product that will be sold such as a game, or any other context in which you profit through the use of the commissioner artwork and I do not. If you are interested in a commercial work or have any questions please contact me through social media or email.I own all rights to the work. Putting my work through Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning engines whether it be for training or enhancements or any other reason is strictly prohibited.I am allowed to post the commissioned artwork on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Understand that prices may change. Payment is upfront and refunds will not be permitted after the initial rough sketch is approved, unless other circumstances compel me to do so through my own will.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Commissions with a specific deadline may result in additional fees. Although my goal is to complete commissions in a 2 week window, understand that orders may take longer. If an artwork is not completed after 90 days, a refund will be in order.You are allowed to post and repost the artwork on social media. Credit is required when posting. You may credit me by either linking one of my socials or listing my username in the post that features the artwork. You may NOT claim the artwork as your own creation and must clarify in your post that it is not your work.Please be clear on what you would like in the artwork and provide as many references as needed. This could be a rough concept sketch, character reference sheets, color palettes, lighting, poses and any other visual indications of what the artwork should include. A concept sketch is highly recommended, even if it's a rough stick figure sketch.Payment is upfront and will be done through Ko-fi.Process:Once payment goes through, I will reach out to clear up any confusion and confirm the order. Once confirmed, I will begin working on a rough sketch. This initial rough sketch will be sent as the first update. This point in the process will allow for any major changes or cancellations. Once all the changes requested are completed I will send the rough sketch again for a second approval. I will not change the sketch more than 3 times and will not send the rough sketch for approval for a fourth time.I will also send updates after completing the clean sketch and/or the flat colors if needed. At these points in the process I will only make minor changes (such as colors or small details/adjustments) and will only do up to 3 changes per each update.You are allowed and encouraged to reach out at any time for updates and questions. Please be patient with my response time as it may take somewhere between 1-2 days. If it takes longer, consider reaching out through my other platforms or email.Once the artwork is completed, I will send a screenshot for final approval. This will be the last chance to request minor changes (such as colors or small details/adjustments).All work in progress images will be heavily watermarked and are prohibited from posting unless I permit it. I am allowed to post watermarked work in progress images at my own will onto social media.Once the artwork is done, I will send png files of the artwork with and without watermarks. I will also send a psd file with flattened layers if requested.
